1. Bookings will be accepted on first come, first served basis.
2. Refund amount will be credited to the same applicant’s account.
3. The EOI amount is fully refundable with zero cancellation charges.
4. Payment of EOI does not create any rights for the benefits of the payer on any of the Labdhi property.
5. Refund request will be only accepted if the client has visited the site or has become a part of the launch event.
6. In case of cancellation, once the request is accepted by the Company, the refund will be processed within 8 working days.
7. EOI payment does not confirm holding of any particular unit in your name. Selection of your desired unit is subject to the availability of units.
8. Post EOI payment and site visit, once the booking is confirmed, booking amount should be paid. After the payment clearance, the unit will be allotted to you.
